Complete production process of intelligent self-service kiosk
We confirm customer requirements and design 3D and 2D drawings using professional software. Structural parameters, ergonomics, and sheet metal processing factors are comprehensively calculated to ensure the drawings support mass production.
We procure high-quality steel and stainless steel sheets and conduct sampling inspections. Laser cutting and CNC punching are used for blanking to optimize material utilization, and burrs are removed after processing.
We use specialized equipment for bending and forming the sheet metal. Special parts utilize auxiliary stretching and riveting processes, with processing tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.2mm.
Different welding methods are used depending on the sheet metal thickness. Full penetration welding is employed to ensure a robust structure and good resistance to deformation during transportation.
A professional supplier performs degreasing, rinsing, and sandblasting, followed by electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing to form a durable, scratch-resistant coating.
The casing undergoes a comprehensive visual inspection. Qualified products have their external components pre-assembled, and dimensional and assembly issues have been promptly corrected.
Core electronic modules and circuits are assembled according to standard procedures. After assembly, the finished product undergoes rigorous on-site inspection.
The product will undergo continuous operation for 48-72 hours for aging testing. All discovered faults will be repaired and thoroughly retested.
Batch samples will undergo comprehensive reliability testing according to customized standards, including vibration testing, electrostatic discharge testing, salt spray testing, and high and low temperature testing.
A comprehensive final inspection is conducted before packaging. We use foam, cardboard boxes, and anti-static materials for secure packaging. We also offer fumigation-free wooden crates for packaging, depending on the customer's distance and needs, to ensure safe logistics and transportation.
